What is Supervised Visitation?

Supervised Visitation refers to contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved.

Children

  • Allows the children to maintain a relationship with both parents and other family members.
  • Allows the children to anticipate the visits without the stress. They can enjoy quality time in a safe and comfortable environment without feeling involved in conflict.

Custodial Parent

  • Arrangement for your children's visit will be made by a neutral party (visitation staff member) without requiring contact before, during, and after the visit.
  • Our services will give you stress-free time to yourself during this transitional period.

Non-Custodial Parent

  • Our services will provide you with valuable and uninterrupted time with your child.
  • While utilizing our services, the visitation staff will remain neutral and provide a space for quality time with your child.
